Bacchus Marsh is located a little over 50 km north-west of Melbourne just off the Western Freeway, about 1 hour's drive from the Melbourne GPO. The famous gold mining cities of Ballarat in the west and Bendigo to the North are about another hour's travel on from Bacchus Marsh.

Bacchus Marsh is one of Victoria's older towns and thankfully still retains many of its historically significant buildings.

Located on the edge of a scenic and fertile valley, it is surrounded by hills and situated by the Werribee and Lerderderg Rivers at an elevation of 105 metres.
